Empowering Growth Through Innovation from Hackathons to Global Partnerships

Our major inaugural event that sparked a rapid growth of ABC was the Scroll Hackathon, which took place from April 24 to 29, 2024, where our community members deployed their projects on the Scroll Sepolia Testnet.

Additionally, we participated in the Pizza DAO event on May 22, 2024, and our community appeared on the global collage that was shared across various social media platforms.

We also managed to partner with Avalanche to host the first ever Avalanche Meetup in South Africa.

During our Saturday sessions, we have hosted numerous guest speakers from organisations such as Filecoin, The Graph, Scroll, Avalanche, ArtStoke and Mothore Foundry. Some of our community members have won prize pools at Celo Hackathons, and recently, some received scholarships to attend the prestigious blockchain event, EthCapeTown, securing first and second prizes for the best mobile DApp.
